Yamamoto Dokidoki
It was several years ago that I drank Yamamoto in Akita and was impressed by its taste.
This Dokidoki is brewed with malic acid high-productivity yeast, which makes me want to drink it as an acid lover.
I also feel sweetness in the acidity. The aftertaste on the tongue is bitter, or maybe it is... this is a matter of personal taste.
