It's kind of unseasonably warm today...
The end of work is approaching and I have to upload the sake wine stock... but I forget about it when I have time 😅...
Bishu Blanc... a brand I learned about in Akita.
I have a good impression that there are many sakes that I like.
Old-fashioned nigori sake... as the name suggests, it's sweet of course, but you don't get tired of drinking it 😆.
I noticed later that it contains brewer's alcohol.
I always drink Junmai, but I also like sake with sake alcohol 👍
