TAMAYU Limited Daiginjo Kurobe Dam Storage
This is a one-year dam storage.
I went out with a friend of mine from Kansai Electric Power Company, and he told me that he had witnessed the loading and unloading of stored sake from the Kurobe Dam several times, and that he knew almost all the wholesalers on the sales side. I heard that it is very hard work to put a considerable amount of sake into storage.
It was a precious sake.
