In Odawara, I went to a hands-on workshop for making kamaboko and chikuwa at Suzuhiro Kamaboko. I found a sake shop selling sake, so I bought one that said it was not dry. I bought one that said it wasn't dry. The sake that was served at the castle overnight was made by Hideyoshi, who was an enemy of Hojo. I don't know if it is allowed to be sold in Odawara (lol).
The sweetness of the rice for a moment, then the bitterness comes out and it gets sharp. It says it is not dry, but it is. Sake from Kanagawa is generally spicy.
