I bought a bottle 🍶 at a sake brewery during my trip to Nara in March.
I thought it would be quite dry in terms of atmosphere, but it is quite fruity 🤔.
The sweetness comes first, but a little astringency comes in the second half 🤔.
This astringent taste resets the taste and makes you go to the next cup 😋.
I love Mimuro cedar, but samorosugi is also a great sake 😁.
