Today I am drinking "Raw Octopus" by Kitajima. I am drinking it at room temperature. The label is so cool. Aroma is very mild. I can smell dairy products and little bit of liquorice and alcohol. This is plainly dry. There is almost no sweetness, nice sourness spreads afterwords. It's hard to describe because it's my first time drinking Tamasakae. I think it tasted better yesterday when I opened the bottle.
