kikoIshizuchi, from Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, is a sake that I have often seen as a standard sake, but this was the first time I picked it up.
It has a clean rice flavor and comes in easily and naturally. I also like the dry taste and lingering bitterness. It is not a trendy taste, but I feel that it is a high level of sake, which I would call "royal road" sake.
