Bowls
Sea bass and shijimi clam shijo
Dashi broth, bonito broth and sea bass bones. Ginger is also effective.
No salt is used, which is good. It has a very good flavor.
It's hard to match with sake. But it's not bad.
appetizers
grilled ayu, vinegared whale's tail, vinegared nuta, vinegared octopus, pickled cabra with shellfish broth
Of these, the sweet ones go well with it.
