I bought it for heating up. But first, I tried it at room temperature. It has a strong umami, sweetness, and acidity, yet it has a short aftertaste and is not clingy. It is quite tasty at room temperature. Now, let's try heating it up to 50°C. The aroma of rice and acidity became stronger, but it was soft and gentle sweetness, yet light. It tastes quite good. Yamagata Masamune is well known, but this was my first time drinking it. I found another sake I like 🍶.
