All Ibaraki sake brewed by Chikara Urasato, the handsome brewer of Urasato Shuzo, who has recently emerged from the scene.
My first impression was bananas!
Not too much sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Light and refreshing.
Not too tiring to drink.
Heavy for midsummer, but good for early summer.
