もよもよ
I have an impression that there are many labels and kinds of Eikoh-fuji, but I was attracted by the word "super limited" that they ship only once a year, and I bought it.
I heard that it's a precious sake that you can only get if you attend a tasting event. It is shipped in spring, but I happened to be able to get it at the end of September.
The aroma is a little fruity like apples, and the first day I drank it, it had a bitter and fruity sweetness like brown sugar or wasanbon.
After 3~5 days, it has a black honey and grape/lychee like fruitiness.
I've only had the undiluted sake, but the Eikohfuji has a fruit freshness and a mild sweetness that I really like.
