I ordered this sake thinking I had never had a Nagasaki sake before. The young fifth-generation brewer, Yutaro Mori, brews his own sake using Nagasaki's original edible rice, Nikkomaru, as the toji (master brewer)!
It was delicious, with a refreshing citrusy sweetness accented by a slight bitterness at the end!
