This is so-called summer sake. The manager showed me to the restaurant because they had some summer sake left on the regular menu.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes mildly bitter. However, the bitterness quickly and gently fades away. It is a gentle sake. It can be drunk quietly while easing the heat.
