兎御殿Sake 🐰 that was included when I bought a set of 4 bottles of Namahashiroshi online.
Sengoku's standard organic naturals, Domaine Sakura, wooden vat brewed, Namo yeast.
The rice used is Kame-no-o with 90% milling ratio and Ala 14
Kame-no-o is also my favorite rice and it's a low-alcohol sake, which I like 🐰💕.
I always buy the seasonal Sentori so this one has been a long time 🎶.
The rice flavor is gentle and clear with no peculiarities that you wouldn't expect from 90% polished rice!
I love sake made in wooden vats, but it's really surprisingly exquisite ✨🥰🥰.
I was raving about it with my husband and we ran out in 2 days!
