I tasted it and enjoyed it, so I bought it. It was once fire-brewed, so it was a bit mellow. It has a nice aroma and a mild taste. It has a sharpness and goes well with meals. I couldn't drink the raw sake because it was sold out, but I would definitely like to try it!
