We found a heated sake corner next to the cellar, and while looking around to see what kind of sake they had, a bottle with a skull symbol on it, reminiscent of Captain Harlock, caught our eye and we decided to have a drink here.

The aroma of alcohol rises up, the mouthful of umami and a hint of sweetness, and the nose is clean and crisp, with a bitter taste and a slightly hot sweet aftertaste in the throat.
This one had a lot of sake, so we shared it with everyone 😋.
The restaurant was almost full despite it being a weekday, and next to us was a group of four foreigners enjoying sake, perhaps due to inbound demand ✨.
