susan
Cold sake
It has a round image. It has a pineapple aroma.
Drink it. It is soft and smooth. It has a spicy taste. It is like an old pineapple candy. Extremely sweet, like a pomegranate. A hint of mirin and white wine barrels. It is smooth, yet firm. When you swallow it, it is so sweet that your mouth is burning.
45°C
Cypress scent. It smells like the lumber corner of a home improvement store.
Drink it. The bitterness suddenly tightens up. It is after all Yamahai. As you feel the white wine barrel, the richness of the rice slowly comes out. Alcohol 17 degrees is heavy! As you swallow, you notice the astringency sticking to your throat.
55°C
Tangerine peel. Aroma of Hi-Chu orange flavor.
Drink. Gentle flow. A gray-haired old man with smoldering silver hair. The more you roll it, the more layers of richness it becomes. Boiled pineapple syrup. Pale milky sensation as you swallow.
65°C
Quiet and clear autumn night
Drink. Is the trinity this temperature! Looseness, richness, bitterness, and light sweetness. The more you taste it, the deeper it is. A good moment. When you swallow it, it is a little powdery. Dry
It is a normal good sake with strong alcohol. I bought it because I like Yamahai, but I was not particularly impressed.
It is Yamanashi after all. The nuance of the wine bothered me, and I think I couldn't enjoy it purely. I like wine, but
I don't think I will repeat it.
