Nose: Brilliant and powerful ginjo aroma.
Taste: A faint sweetness followed immediately by citrus acidity. Bitter aftertaste. Freshness like a fresh sake. Slightly gassy on the tongue on the palate, but it disappears by the time you finish the glass.
Overall impression: It was delicious. But there was something that stuck with me.
