Good evening! 😀 The weekend has come and gone in the blink of an eye. When Monday is a vacation, it feels like the rhythm of the week is not in order, something is not balanced 😅. What on earth is this? I was sorting through my photo data for a while and found that the one I drank at the end of August was not uploaded, so I'm posting it here after the fact! I'll post them 😁. The restaurant we went to was a sushi restaurant called "Shinmei" in Morioka. The owner and general manager here is a woman. However, it is a popular edo-mae sushi restaurant, so reservations are hard to come by. The sake we were served was Souhyo, a Tochigi Prefecture sake. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but it has a certain impact on the tongue and goes well with the strong flavors of the dish. I paired it with fried fish. It was delicious! 😀 P.S. I must have had a few other drinks, but I seem to have accidentally deleted the data. 😱 Too bad!

Good evening, chika! I'm so glad to see you here 😀 . Since Shinmei-san has a lot of Junmai (pure rice), I feel that the food goes well with the robust sake. But that doesn't mean it has a strong flavor. I would like to try other brands of Sohyo. 👍
