2024-6 Noto Support Sake Vol. 2
Support sake before the earthquake, shipped in December 2023. More mild and less acidic than the recent Murayu, but with a moist sweetness. There is nothing in particular that stuck with me. After a week, there was still a little gas, and the sweetness was more moist and familiar. This is good.
