This is Hida Hourai Junmai Ginjo. It is a sake from Hida. It is made from a small amount of rice called Hidahomare, and is served in the first class of airlines. However, compared to other Hida sake, it is very light, dry, and soft. I don't know if this is the taste of Hidahomare at all.
