Shinkazu
A kijo-zake made with wine yeast as the brewing water. It has a fairly strong sweetness, but the sweetness is a little weak for a kijo-zake and can be paired with food. It is just very easy to drink, and is ideal to be paired with chocolate or other foods after a meal.
