I've never seen a brewery like this before.
At this time of year, I would like to go to an event such as a brewery opening, but I have to stay indoors because of the new koro.
It's the type of sake I don't often buy when drinking at home, but I just saw this property and enjoyed the unfiltered raw sake!
The scent is strong but refreshing.
It's a little flowing for a non-filtered, unpasteurized sake, but it's got a lot of flavor
There's a piquant fizzy feeling and a spicy taste later on.
Very well balanced and I personally love it!
