I started using an air conditioning vest yesterday.
It's quite different.
Until now, I was drenched in sweat. Sweat runs down my glasses and makes it hard to see. The towel wrapped around my head could be squeezed by sweat.
But the sweat does not flow to the glasses, and the towel is not enough to squeeze.
It cost me about 15,000 yen, but I think it's much easier!
I think it's a good buy if you're working in a sweat lodge and you're not sure.
Now, alcohol.
Because it seems to be a little short.
There's nothing to praise about it, but it's not bad either.
