Sentori is another brand I recently got into: ✨️
This time, we compared a classic and a modern version of Mukonin!
The classic was ups and downs.
I had the impression that Modern was always easy to drink.
Both have a sourness characteristic of Sentori and you can tell they are Sentori with one sip!
I prefer the Namahashiroshi, which has a wonderful taste with a delicate acidity from lactic acid bacteria and a delicious aftertaste.
