Yesterday, I was curious about the shibu label.
The mouthfeel comes in easily.
But then it quickly tingles and has a crisp sake feel.
It has an alcoholic aroma and a fresh green apple-like flavor.
It has a freshness, but at the same time, it is a very sake-like sake.
After that, there is a moderate moistness, or rather, a mellow rice flavor with a moderate sweetness.
I thought it was a precisely balanced sake.
Good.
It would be more suitable as a mellow rice flavor, but the sake-like and low- sweetness rice flavor can be combined with the fat of the sashimi.
I had raw oysters after sipping it, and it went well with them.
