Tonight we had #Ryuki Jungin Peach Color Unfiltered Nama from Matsuya Shuzo in Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture.
The slight fizziness that is unique to nama-shu is subtle. It is bursting with cute sweet and sourness. The delicious flavor didn't change much whether only the top clear or mixed with oriki.
