Yamada Nishiki, 45% polished rice, 17.5 degrees
This sake was left on my desk while I was taking a nap at work. It's a humble job, but it's nice to be thanked for it.
Now, Hakkaisan, it's also nice to be exposed to a sake that I don't often choose myself.
It's not juicy or sweet, but you can feel the rich and deep rice flavor. It is just as I imagined it to be, a lean, orthodox and mature sake.
It's not my favorite sake, but I will drink it slowly and carefully.
5] Buy as much as you can in the cellar!
4] If I find it, I'll buy at least one bottle!
I want to drink it again in the near future.
