The mouthfeel is smooth like a lactic acid beverage, and the flavor is tropical, as described on the label.
It is more carbonated than slightly carbonated, and although it may not be the right way to drink it, it tastes great with ice.
It is a great value for money sake that can be enjoyed with other flavors as it has a gentler taste when drunk with nigori (nigori).
