I had an image of Sanjoraku as a very dry sake, and I thought I probably wouldn't choose it, but the waitress said it would change my image! I was told to give it a try 😎.
It was indeed!
It's very tasty with just the right amount of sourness and rich bitterness 🥰.
It was a good discovery 🥰.
