Serve it warmed ^ ^.
Compared to room temperature, the warmed sake is soft, sweet, and wonderfully full-bodied ^ ^.
The aroma of maturity and the multi-layered interweaving of sweet, spicy, and acidic flavors are absolutely superb!
At 1,700 yen, it's not cheap, but if you want to savor it carefully, I recommend ☺️
