Just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, with more acidity.
Some people said it was close to white wine, but I didn't find it so.
Even though I'm not a big wine drinker, ECOHES was swift and easy to drink, and although it had the acidity of a white wine, it tasted completely different.
It also seems to go well with sweet treats and cakes.
