くま吉
Purchased at a liquor store near Chidori Station
Drink cold
Clear and colorless
Sweet ginjo aroma similar to that of apples.
Deliciously strong richness with sourness on the palate.
The sweetness remains in the mouth, but it disappears gently.
There is no dryness in the aftertaste and it is very clear.
Goes well with cheese.
It does not go well with herring roe, beef tendon, etc., which are easily matched with sake.
Surprisingly, it goes well with takuan (pickled radish). Not only does it harmonize the acidity, but it also brings out the sweetness of sake.
Warm sake to lukewarm
A lot of air bubbles float on the surface.
The sweetness stands out in both aroma and taste, which is good.
Heat sake to hot
The sweetness is less pronounced and the overall taste is not as good as lukewarm
