I bought this during a brewery visit last December.
This is the third in the "Ore no Dry" series. It has a refreshing taste that is not like a sake brewed using a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. I recommend to drink it in hot sake style!
When poured from the warmer, it has a light aroma typical of Gunma sake. When poured from the warmer, it has a light aroma typical of Gunma sake, with a fluffy aroma of rice, like freshly pounded rice cakes.
The mouthfeel is as smooth as the cold sake. The taste is a simple dry sake with a good spiciness and the delicious flavor of rice!
This is the moment I understood the meaning of the word "classic.
The aroma is like an apple pie from McDonald's. The aroma is deep and aromatic. The depth and fragrance of the aroma gives it a pie crust-like flavor!
When it cools down a bit, the sweetness and sourness of the rice comes out and the apple pie-like flavor increases 🍎.
Compared to the second Oze Tanrei we drank last year, the sharpness of the Tanrei has decreased and the umami has increased 🧐.
I'd also like to drink it hot while it's cooled down!
