This is my first time drinking Matsu no Tsukasa.
I had always been curious about this sake at my favorite liquor store.
It made its debut at Arabashiri.
Fresh aroma like green apple.
The sweet bitterness spreads in the mouth.
The bitterness lingers for a long time.
The bitterness that passes through the nose makes you feel like you are drinking sake.
There is no acidity, and it is more umami than fruity.
It went well with sweet and spicy snacks.
Pairing: Yakitori, fried prawns, white eggplant with Shinshu miso, tomato and Camembert cheese, grilled turnip with ham salad, rolled egg
