Chiyomusubi from Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture. The sweetness and umami of the Yamada-Nishiki rice can be felt well, and while it is a robust dry sake, it is fresh and has a nice crisp aftertaste. This is delicious. It was a little cold today, so I paired it with Yose-nabe for the first time in a while, and it went perfectly with it.
