The refrigerator was almost full, so I opened a bottle of spring sake.
I thought it might be similar to Hope, but the acidity and umami are much less pronounced. It is a forward leaning sake that spreads in your mouth the moment you drink it. It is just like a cherry blossom snowstorm.
