Yokoyama特別純米 吟のさと 壱岐酵母仕込み
ちぇすたー
The third drink is here!
Local Nagasaki sake, and the master's approval, Yokoyama-san ✨.
It's been a while since I've had a visit to Yokoyama-san, but apparently the rice and yeast here are all from Iki, where the brewery is located, how wonderful 😊.
The flavor is characterized by a strawberry or pear-like aroma and a gentle sweetness on the nose ✨.
Gasiness and umami are moderate, acidity is a bit medium and overall impression is calm 🤔.
The sweetness stands out, but it is not too sweet! The sweetness is prominent, but not so much that it's sweet, but rather that it slowly spreads with each sip, making it hard to stop drinking 😍.
No bitterness, no bitterness at all. No bitterness, no bitterness, no bitterness, no bitterness, no bitterness. It's like a beautiful finish ✨.
It's so good 😍!
If you like sweet and refreshing sake, you should definitely try this!
I bet this would be great with Iki beef 🤤.
