TakatsuguSake of the season for me. Otter Otter is a sake that is made in the tanks at the Otters' brewery. It is a twice-a-year product, but when I see this sake, I feel that it is almost spring.
Just by bringing it close to your mouth to drink, you can smell the gorgeous ginjo aroma, and when you put it down your throat, you can feel the fruity, fresh sweetness. You can pair it with food, but you will want to face the sake with a simple, nutty snack.
I hope I can make time to face this sake again next year. It is such a bottle for me. Delicious ‼️
