マグロ漁船
It's a different spec of Souhomare that we drank before.
Is it going to be a summer sake?
The aroma that rises is that of Cemedine.
In the mouth, there is a sweet nuance, but the semedyne-like aroma continues.
It has acidity and thickness.
The taste of the rice can be felt, but it ends up being dry and refreshing.
The thickness is moderate. It also has a good sharpness. The impression is that it is a beautifully balanced sake.
I think it is as good a sake as the Sohomare I drank before, but I am concerned about the semedyne aroma that seems to be coated with the flavor of the rice.
If you like the semedyne type, it might be a strike for you.
Personally, I don't find it too harsh, so there is that.
