↓Label description
This product is a junmai ginjo-shu with a ginjo aroma based on a touch of muscat among the new sake of "Hououmita", overlaid with the freshness of new sake, a fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples and berries, and juicy acidity. Yamada-Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku are used as raw materials, and from among the unrefined musts, only those that can express a balance and quality suitable for Hekihan are selected. In order to achieve a clear quality goal, Hououmita is one of the few brands that does not indicate the raw rice. Please store in a cool, dark place and consume as soon as possible after opening the package. All of us at the brewery would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your purchase of our products.
The aroma and aftertaste are both gorgeous and fruity.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth.
A luxurious sake to enjoy after a meal.
The label is also austere and cool.
