Tateyama Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
Tateyama Hiyoroshi has both junmai ginjo and honjozo.
For the same 200 yen, I would choose the junmai ginjo!
Huh? Oh, well? This one has a clear, crisp, modern flavor.
To say the least, it's delicious 😆.
