Acid, wood vat, and sweet mixed together, not flashy or thick, but with a refined aroma.
Thickness is normal. A little sweetness. Bitter and umami: acidity from the wooden vat. A little bitterness and sweetness from the wooden vat.
The bitter umami lingers a little in the second half, with the Mokue at the end. The aftertaste is very beautiful. The sake goes on and on.
