Sake rice is Hachitan-nishiki, Hiroshima's best rice for sake brewing. I haven't had it since Kamo Kanehide 🤔.
Fruity, sweet and delicious. I have the impression that it is well-balanced with the addition of acidity 😊.
Looking back at the label, I see that Haneya is usually concerned with Toyama sake rice, so I'd like to try it with Toyama sake rice too 😙.
