It has no sake-like taste, but rather a clear, mellow, and light flavor. It is easy to drink and you can easily open 4 gou of it. It is a nice match with pure Japanese dishes such as takuan (pickled radish) and nikujaga (meat and potatoes). A good sake to drink regularly.
