We bought it at Yamasho Sake Shop, a liquor store in Susukino, and drank it in the room.
It is light and has a slight acidity. It has a modern and characteristic flavor. It was recommended to us at the store because the rice is related to Hokkaido. This was the only sake shop we visited, but if we had more time, we would have liked to visit other sake shops. I'll look forward to the next time and return to Toyama now. 🙂↕️
