TonyThis weekend, during my trip, I stopped by the brewery and bought some . In a word, I would describe it as "elegant sake." The aroma is banana at first, and when you take a closer sniff, it reminds me of green apples, with a slight sweetness and an underlying tanginess that seems to completely clear out in the aftertaste!
