The brewery had a delicious wine that I had tasted before. I bought a test brew to try. There are so many sake breweries with this kind of concept, but I would like to know what kind of test they are doing and what they are aiming for. It seems to end up being a self-indulgence of the brewer.
By the way, this one is quite good.
