Tanigawadake純米スパークリング

I bought this bottle at "Gunma Iroha" at Takasaki station in July. It's a summer sake, but I didn't have a chance to open it, and I was in a hurry because it was autumn. Last night I managed to bring it to a summery event, the Tama River Fireworks Festival ❗️, and opened the bottle 😆.
It spilled a little, but when I drank it, it was mildly effervescent. It has a silky touch and a light fruity feeling, somewhere between melon and apple. Not too sweet, not too heavy, easy to drink.
Since Tanigawadake, which I drank last time, was of a type that goes well with Japanese food, I expected a more sake-like taste, but this one goes well with both Japanese and Western food. It is also OK with potato chips and nuts.
It was delicious, but I think it would be better to drink it on a hotter day to get a more refreshing taste. ⁉️ Summer sake should be drunk in summer (a little reminder).
