Home drinking record.
There is a sense of gas.
It has a fresh fruit flavor like pear or melon.
The aroma is sweet. Good acidity. Well balanced. Sake beginners and women seem to like it.
I usually drink only about one cup of sake, but I was able to drink this one more easily than usual.
